Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and highly experienced Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 7 years in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of residential interiors, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert high-value leads into successful projects. Weekend availability is a must, as that’s when most client meetings and site visits happen.
  Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Building
  • Engage with walk-in and digital leads.
  • Understand client needs, lifestyle preferences, and budgets.
  • Build trust-based relationships and maintain long-term client engagement.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Present company offerings (design, execution, furniture, turnkey services).
  • Prepare and present customized proposals/quotations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through high conversion.
  • Site Visits & Consultations
  • Conduct on-site assessments and coordinate with the design team.
  • Explain technical feasibility and material options to clients.
  • Team Coordination
  • Liaise with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project handovers.                   
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for process improvement.
  • Follow-ups & CRM
  • Maintain client records and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
     
  Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the interior design, modular kitchen, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, pricing, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-first attitude.
  • Willingness to work on weekends (mandatory) – with compensatory offs on weekdays.
  • Ability to handle high-ticket residential projects independently.
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD, 3D renders, or BOQ is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably related to design, business, or marketing).
