The kitchen will be manufactured using high-quality laminate finishes, chosen as per the client’s selection.
Inclusions:
Standard stainless steel cutlery trays, plain trays, and Thali trays are included.
Handles for kitchen cabinet doors will be provided as part of the offer.
A push-to-open mechanism will be installed for the kitchen loft.
All hinges and hardware mechanisms will be of EBCO brand with standard hinges.
Any additional kitchen accessories or custom requirements will incur additional charges.
Exclusions:
Tandem boxes, glass doors, and profile doors are not included in this offer.
Countertop materials such as granite and quartz are not provided.
This offer does not include plumbing or electrical work.
Chimney and hob appliances are not part of the offer.
Woodwork:
All woodwork will be constructed using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) ply for the carcass, with laminate shutters for cabinets.
